Who can take Villeray gummies?

Adults 18+ only. Not for children. If you’re pregnant, nursing, have a medical condition, or take medications, consult your healthcare professional before use.

How do I take them?

Follow the label directions (typical use: 2 gummies once daily). Do not exceed the recommended serving.

When will I notice a difference?

Everyone is different. Many customers track changes to hair, skin, and nails across normal growth cycles (often 8–12+ weeks). Results vary.

Are they vegan, halal, or kosher?

Not vegan, the formula contains Fish (Tilapia) collagen. Currently not certified halal or kosher.

Allergens?

Yes: Fish (Tilapia) and Coconut. Check the full Supplement Facts and Other Ingredients on the label.

Where is it made?

Produced in FDA-registered, cGMP-compliant facilities. (Dietary supplements are not FDA-approved.)

Any side effects?

Discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional if you experience any adverse reaction. For serious adverse events, email contact@villeray.shop or write to our WY address with your lot/best-by number.

Can I take this with my other vitamins or meds?

Ask your healthcare professional. Do not use to treat or prevent any disease.

How do subscriptions work?

Choose your delivery frequency at checkout. You can cancel, skip, or change anytime from Account → Manage Subscription, or email contact@villeray.shop. Refunds apply to unshipped renewals; shipped orders follow our Refund Policy.

What’s your return policy?

Within 30 days of delivery, unopened bottles in original packaging are eligible for a refund. Opened products aren’t returnable. Details in our Refund Policy (footer link).

Shipping times & tracking?

Processing is typically 1–2 business days; delivery depends on the shipping option selected at checkout. You’ll receive tracking via email. See Shipping Policy for details.

What about hot weather?

Bring packages inside promptly; allow gummies to cool to room temp before opening. If the product arrives melted/leaking, email a photo within 7 days, we’ll make it right.

Order changes/cancellations?

We move fast, email contact@villeray.shop ASAP. If a label hasn’t been created, we’ll try to update/cancel. Once shipped, our standard policies apply.
